True Life Restoration Christian Center is a non-denominational church committed to restoring families and building strong communities through the Word of God. We believe that true transformation begins within, as lives are shaped by the Word of God rather than the world around us.

Under the leadership of Apostle Dr. Johnie Edwards and Dr. Sandra Edwards, our church is committed to restoring families, strengthening faith, and building a community rooted in the Word of God.

Founder & Pastor
Apostle Dr. Johnie Edwards (Founder & Pastor) is the Apostle and Chancellor of Kingdom Life School of Theology and Senior Pastor of True Life Restoration Christian Center, located in Ocilla, Georgia. True Life was created in the mind of Christ before the foundations of the world. Yet, its birth manifested in June, 2003. Pastor Edwards, a native of Ocilla, received his commission from God while living in Connecticut. He left Ocilla at the age of seven. He returned to Ocilla after 50 years, to begin his ministerial assignment. Dr. Edwards (Co-Founder) is a graduate of Christian Life School of Theology, Shabach Christian Center Campus, in Norwalk, Connecticut. The school’s main campus is located in Columbus, Georgia. Dr. Edwards holds a B.A. and (2) master’s degrees in biblical studies. He also holds a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min). Dr. Edwards pastors with his wife and his Assistant Pastor Dr. Sandra Edwards (Co-Founder) of 56 years.

Co-Founder
Dr. Edwards is a native of Bridgeport, Connecticut. She is a graduate of Christian Life School of Theology, and She is the Academic Dean of Kingdom Life School of Theology. Shabach Christian Center Campus in Norwalk, Connecticut. The school’s main campus is in Columbus, Georgia. Dr. Edwards holds a Doctorate of Ministry (D. Min). Dr. Edwards is a teacher. She resides in Ocilla, Georgia, and she is the Assistant Pastor of True Life Restoration Christian Center. She pastors alongside of her husband Dr. Johnie Edwards, the Senior Pastor, and her husband of forty-five years. True Life is a ministry which is dedicated to restoring families. They believe in order to build strong churches we have to first build strong families, because families are outreach which ultimately effect communities, cities, states, & nations. One of Dr. Edwards’ favorite quotes is from Jonathan Edwards who says. “Every Christian family ought to be a little church consecrated to Christ, & wholly influenced, and governed by His rules.”
